Invited to KUET BitFest as an industry speaker representing Brain Station 23 PLC, I presented a seminar on the philosophy behind decentralized applications. Rather than treating blockchain as a technology to add by default, the session focused on the deeper engineering question of what should actually be decentralized, why decentralization matters, and how application architecture changes when trust, ownership, governance, and control are distributed. The engagement concluded with recognition from KUET, where I received a speaker crest from Pro-Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Sk. Shariful Alam.

- Designed crypto-to-fiat interoperability layer using ISO 4217-aligned currency normalization for internal on/off-ramp calculations and ISO 20022 messaging adapters for banking and payment-system integration.
- Collaborated with the University of Stavanger on a Norwegian Research Council–funded (Grant No. 308909) research focused on B2B/B2G healthcare data exchange policy and governance.
- Led development of a Web3 hotel-booking dApp with NFT reservations, coordinating frontend/backend integration, mentoring the BA on stablecoin payments, and enabling ~25% broader reach via seamless booking/resale across major marketplaces via ERC-721 standard.
- Built a multi-tenant e-commerce PoC on ICP integrating Shopify with Web3 shops, boosting efficiency by ~35%, scaling to hundreds of vendors, and co-developing a €250K+ fundraising prototype with a European partner.
- Conducted domain/requirement analysis with ICONIX, designed UML diagrams, and prepared SoW, WBS, and ToR to support sales in accurate client budget estimation.
