A permissioned national health infrastructure for trustworthy records, accountable service delivery, and privacy-aware research collaboration

Client: Industry–Academia Collaboration (National Scope)

IEEE Access–published and Research Council of Norway–funded research on an integrated, policy-aware blockchain for secure health data exchange ( DOI: 10.1109/ACCESS.2023.3279724 ). This industry–academia collaboration combined Brain Station 23 PLC’s engineering expertise, AIUB’s academic and Bangladesh healthcare research, and the University of Stavanger’s international research contribution under the 5G-MODaNeI project. As first author, I helped design and evaluate a Hyperledger Fabric prototype featuring verified identities, policy-controlled access, auditable consent, and tamper-evident health records. 🇺🇳 🇪🇺 Global Research Scope: The architecture supports UN SDGs 3, 9, 16, and 17 through connected healthcare, resilient digital infrastructure, accountable data governance, and international research partnership. Its permissioned identity, access-control, integrity, and audit mechanisms provide a foundation for GDPR-aligned EU and HIPAA-aligned US pilot projects, subject to jurisdiction-specific privacy assessment, interoperability, and clinical validation.

This is a supporting module of FinCube designed for fraud detection in Ethereum transactions. The system integrates AI-driven modules for eKYC, fraud detection, and anomaly scoring, enhancing real-time STP (Straight-Through Processing) rates for high-volume trade and escrow flows. The module leverages RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology combined with vector databases and machine learning to detect fraudulent activities in real-time, providing comprehensive fraud analysis for cryptocurrency transactions. A production NFT marketplace for verifiable sports collectibles, physical rewards, and low-friction blockchain adoption

HK Sevens is a production Web3 sports fan-engagement platform launched for the 2022 Cathay Pacific/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens . It enabled fans to collect and trade team-card and mascot NFTs, participate in stadium QR experiences, and bid for digital collectibles linked to match-used jerseys and a game ball ( public launch ). Built with Angular, Node.js, Solidity, and Microsoft Azure, the platform combined credit-card onboarding with blockchain ownership, auctions, trading, and physical-item redemption. This project pioneers fully on-chain e-commerce on the DFINITY Internet Computer (ICP) network — where both frontend and backend live natively on-chain. Customs Import Entitlement

Customs Bond Commissionerate (CBC), a government agency of People's Republic of Bangladesh

Client: Bangladesh Customs

The consumer section is available as a mobile application for basic queries by product HS-Code, while major import entitlement operations and administrative actions are handled through a web application. The mobile app is available on Google Play. In the web application, importers can apply to import raw materials in specific quantities for manufacturing and exporting goods as finished products to receive special tax considerations from the government. Customs officers can quickly review, verify, process, and track import entitlement applications, ensuring a transparent auditing process.
